Last week I had dinner with a lady from Australia. I asked what is typical in Australian cooking. The first thing she mentioned that she really liked eating are little fried fish with their heads still attached. She especially enjoys the "crunch." I am now beginning to wonder if perhaps these fish are more common than not in world cooking.
